2026 WINTER COMPETITION –  OPEN

COMPETITION STARTS SUNDAY 3 MAY 2026

On behalf of the committee we would like to welcome your Team to the 2025 Winter Season. The competition is played at the Queens Park Playing Fields starting on Sunday 3 MAY 2026. 

In order for the competition to run smoothly it is the responsibility of each team contact to understand and pass on information relating to the format and rules of the competition. 

If all the players are well informed we are sure they will enjoy the competition and minimise each team contact’s work load. 

If you are a new or individual player and wish to be placed in a team we recommend you come down to Queens Park on the first day of competition being Sunday 3 MAY 2026.

To register a TEAM into the Competition

1. Select the competition link above and click “Register” and follow prompts

2. Payment of $1100 per team will be required to complete team registration.

3. Email team link to team members to register with your team.

4. Teams will require a minimum of 8 players to register online for your team to be active.

For PARTICIPANTS registering into their desired team in the Competition

Your team organiser will email you your team link OR follow these instructions.

1. Go to https://profile.mysideline.com.au/register/

2. Click “Player”

3. Search team name, select team and click “Register” and follow prompts

4. Payment of $60.00 for TFA National Insurance Fee and NSWTA Membership will need to be paid once per year in order to complete registration. This is an annual fee from 1 July to 30 June each year.

Remember: 

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION.

Your ONLINE TEAM entry and payment is required before 10 April 2026.

The ONLINE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER registration is required to be completed by Round 4 of the competition for insurance coverage. 

2. PAYMENT  

Complete payment online by credit card by the 10 April 2026. See below for team costs

3. NO MEETING

All team contacts will receive an email with further competition information after they have registered. All teams will receive their free touch ball on the first week of competition. 

2026 WINTER COMPETITION DETAILS

START DATE

Sunday 3 MAY 2026 (Mixed 13 Rounds plus finals series, Juniors 11 Rounds plus finals series)

Grand Final Day – Sunday 23 August 2026 All Divisions.

VENUE

All games will be played at QUEENS PARK

SECTIONS:

Mixed – Approx 3 Mixed Open Divisions

Women/Junior Girls – Approx 2 Women’s Divisions plus Junior Girls Divisions – U10’s, 12s, 14s, 16s – dependant on team registrations.

Men’s Division plus Junior Boys  – U10’s, 12s, 14s, 16s – dependent on team registrations.

ENTRY FEES

$1100.00 per Adult team  (This seasonal fee covers Fields $390 per field/team, Referees $385, GST $100, Prize $100, Admin $125)

$ 800.00 per junior team (Under 10’s, 12’s, 14’s, 16’s, 18’s)

GAME TIMES

8.30 am (Juniors) , 9.20 am (Juniors/Mixed/Mens/Womens) & 10.10 am (Mixed)

REFEREES:

Will follow the rules set down by the N.S.W.T.R.A. ESTA is always looking for new referees. If you are interested in having a go at refereeing touch, please contact us at the association. It is a great way to get fit and to meet new people.

Any misconduct or abuse of our referees by players OR SPECTATORS ON THE SIDELINES will not be tolerated.  We can do without certain individuals but we can not do without referees!
