WINTER COMPETITION – DETAILS FOR THE 2025 WINTER SEASON
COMPETITION STARTS SUNDAY 4 MAY 2025
On behalf of the committee we would like to welcome your Team to the 2025 Winter Season. The competition is played at the Queens Park Playing Fields starting on Sunday 4 MAY 2025.
In order for the competition to run smoothly it is the responsibility of each team contact to understand and pass on information relating to the format and rules of the competition.
TEAM REGISTRATION IS OPEN AND CLOSES ON THURSDAY 17 APRIL 2025.

If all the players are well informed we are sure they will enjoy the competition and minimise each team contact’s work load.
If you are a new or individual player and wish to be placed in a team we recommend you come down to Queens Park on the first day of competition being Sunday 4 MAY 2025.Players can register as an individual via this link.
Remember:
1. ONLINE REGISTRATION.
Your ONLINE TEAM entry and payment is required before 11 April 2025.
The ONLINE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER registration is required to be completed by Round 4 of the competition for insurance coverage.
2. PAYMENT
Complete payment online by credit card by the 11 April 2025. See below for team costs
3. NO MEETING
All team contacts will receive an email with further competition information after they have registered. All teams will receive their free touch ball on the first week of competition.

STARTDATE
Sunday 4 MAY 2025 (Mixed 12 Rounds plus finals series, Juniors 10 Rounds plus finals series)
Grand Final Day – Sunday 24 August 2025 All Divisions.
VENUE
All games will be played at QUEENS PARK
SECTIONS:
Mixed – Approx 3 Mixed Open Divisions
Women/Junior Girls – Approx 2 Women’s Divisions plus Junior Girls Divisions – U10’s, 12s, 14s, 16s – dependant on team registrations.
Men’s Division plus Junior Boys – U10’s, 12s, 14s, 16s – dependent on team registrations.
ENTRYFEES
$1250.00 per Adult team
$ 900.00 per student team (Under 18’s)
$ 800.00 per junior team (Under 10’s, 12’s, 14’s, 16’s)
GAMETIMES
8.30 am (Juniors) , 9.20 am (Juniors/Mixed) & 10.10 am (Mixed)
NEW PLAYER INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE FEES – THIS IS AN ANNUAL FEE
As part of Touch Football Australia Participants registration, each team member must register online when joining your team. This new annual National fee payment of $22.00 will need to be paid for by each player to be covered by insurance. This annual fee insures players for 12 months.
For PARTICIPANTS registering into the 2025 ESTA Queens Park Winter team in the Competition
3. Search “2025 ESTA Queens Park Winter” team name, select team and click “Register” and follow prompts
4. Payment of $22.00 National Fee will need to be paid for insurance in order to complete registration
REFEREES:
Will follow the rules set down by the N.S.W.T.R.A. ESTAis always looking for new referees. If you are interested in having a go at refereeing touch, please contact us at the association. It is a great way to get fit and to meet new people.
Any misconduct or abuse of our referees by players OR SPECTATORS ON THE SIDELINES will not be tolerated. We can do without certain individuals but we can not do without referees!
