WINTER COMPETITION

DETAILS FOR THE 2021 SEASON WILL BE UPDATED SOON

ENTRIES CLOSE: MONDAY 25 MARCH 2020 

On behalf of the committee we would like to welcome your Team to the 2020 Winter Season. Competition starts 3 May 2020. In order for the competition to run smoothly it is the responsibility of each team contact to understand and pass on information relating to the format and rules of the competition. 

Some important information for team contacts, go to the TEAM COORDINATORS section under the REGISTER A TEAM tab on the website – www.eaststouch.com

If all the players are well informed we are sure they will enjoy the competition and minimise each team contact’s work load. 

Ensure you have registered your team online before the closing date of Monday 25 March 2020. Payment can ONLY be made online by using a credit card and must be received by Monday 25 March 2020. 

Go to the WINTER ONLINE REGO tab on the website to start the process. You will need your players email addresses prior to starting the online rego process so they will be sent a link to register to your team for their insurance and rego cover.

There is NO MEETING and all team contacts will be emailed further information after they have registered their team. All team’s will receive a team’s touch ball on the first week of competition.

If you are a new or individual player and wish to be placed in a team we recommend you come down to Queens Park on the first day of competition being 3 May 2020. Alternatively, please email your Name, mobile number and a brief description of your playing experience to [email protected]

  1. ONLINE REGISTRATION.

Your ONLINE TEAM entry and payment is required before 25 March 2020. The ONLINE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER registration is required to be completed by Round 4 of the competition for insurance coverage.

Complete payment online by credit card by the 25 March 2020. See below for team costs

  1. NO MEETING

All team contacts will receive an email with further competition information after they have registered. All teams will receive their free touch ball on the first week of competition.

START DATE

Sunday 3 May 2020 (13 Rounds plus finals series)
Grand Final Day – Sunday 23 August 2020 All Divisions.

VENUE

All games will be played at QUEENS PARK

SECTIONS:

Mixed – Approx 5 Mixed Open Divisions

Women/Junior Girls – Approx 2 Women’s Divisions plus Junior Girls Divisions – U10s, 12s, 14s, 16s – dependant on team registrations.

Men’s Division plus Junior Boys  – U10s, 12s, 14s, 16s – dependent on team registrations.

ENTRY FEES

$1250.00 per Adult team  (This seasonal team fee covers Fields $340 per field/team, Referees $250, Affiliation & Insurance $395, GST $113, Prize $100)

$ 995.00 per student team (Under 20’s)  

$ 895.00 per junior team (Under 16’s)

$ 600.00 per Junior team  (Under 8’s, 10s & 12s)

GAME TIMES

9am – Mens Mixed & Girls, 10am Mixed & Girls 

INSURANCE

All registered online players will be insured.

REFEREES:

Will follow the rules set down by the N.S.W.T.R.A. ESTA is always looking for new referees. If you are interested in having a go at refereeing touch, please contact us at the association. It is a great way to get fit and to meet new people.

Any misconduct or abuse of our referees by players OR SPECTATORS ON THE SIDELINES will not be tolerated.  We can do without certain individuals but we can not do without referees!
